Items may be returned for an exchange or refund provided that the goods have not been used, any tags are still intact, and they remain in their original packaging.
If you wish to arrange a return you must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to obtain written authorisation.
Your request should include details of your ebay userid, item number and description together with your reason for returning the goods.
Once you have received written confirmation that you may return the goods, they must be despatched to reach us within 7 working days.
All return postage charges will be at the buyer's expense.
Refunds will only be issued via the original method of payment and will cover the value of the item, but not the postage. |
