When you purchase a Mixtape from Mixtape Monopoly, you are purchasing only the physical CD and casing, and agree that you are NOT purchasing rights to the music; or the right to copy and redistribute any of the material you receive. The music is provided on a promotional only basis by the Record Label or Artist(s) and is intended solely to increase the promotion, marketing and sales of the Artist(s). It is important to understand that when purchasing a Mixtape you are NOT receiving any fair use rights to the music as you do when you purchase a regular album. 

Mixtape Monopoly prides itself on customer service, expedited shipping and quality product.  However due to the ease of duplicating certain media forms we can not offer refunds on the sale of CDs and DVDs.  If you happen to recieve a defective item we will exchange the item for up to 14 days.
