1878, it appears to be a First Edition.

'Illustrated with Coloured Plates and Wood Engravings.'  With green cloth bevelled covers, decorated and printed with black and gilt.

There is spotting to the front and back pages and - unfortunately - to the plates. However, it is in very good condition, very tight although the front hinge is just starting to go. In the front the owner's name is inscribed, with the date May 1880.

The price includes P&P for the UK by Royal Mail, but for alternatives the winning bidder can contact me after the conclusion of the auction.
