Roche - published Town and Country Press 1971 first edition; " reminiscences of ships of Devon from the 1920s to the present day"; the book measures 19 x 25cms - card covers with some lightish wear and some figures worked out in pen to the centre of the front card cover - marine library stamps crossed out and note " surplus 1978" to the title page and inside the front card cover only; the book has some photos throughout and is complete with 3 addenda slips of paper - 52 large, detailed and near excellent condition pages long - this man's lifetime experience of topsails and trawlers, the port of Teignmouth, paddle steamers, Starcross and Exmouth, liners, navy days.
