If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase it may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. The buyer must pay all postal charges and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent and in the original packaging. If the item is being returned because of an error on our part then we shall refund postage as well.

In order to keep postal charges to a minimum most books will be sent 2nd class within UK or by Parcel Post for heavy items (over 1kg). However if you wish to receive your book more quickly please ask us to quote for 1st Class or Special Delivery. We are happy to combine postage for multiple items sent in one parcel where this would be more economic. We shall do our best to mail items the next working day after payment has been received (subject to clearance on cheques). A Certificate of Posting is always obtained
