  1. Physical inspection of your cartridge
  2. Clean circuit foil with electronic cleaning fluid
  3. Test cartridge electronics
  4. Steam clean cartridge print head
  5. 100% inside cartridge vacuum cleaning system
  6. 100% inside cartridge drying system
  7. Inspection of cartridge after cleaning
  8. Vacuum filling to high volume (100% full)
  9. Print test cartridge
  10. Seal / Clip & Bag cartridge to preserve cartridge & print quality. Cartridge are subdivided into:
    1. Cartridges that pass quality print test by 100%
    2. Cartridges that pass quality print test by 80% to 99%
    3. Cartridges that fail print quality test by below 80%
  11. Pack cartridges in the three groups established in Step 10.
  12. Ship cartridges in Group 10a.  If required, ship cartridges in Groups 10b. 10c.  If required. Pack & return cartridges failing Steps 1-7.

 

REFUNDS: Group 10a (No Refund) 100% pass.  Group 10b (£1.50 Refund) 80% to 99% pass.  Group10c (£2.00 Refund) below 80% pass.  Steps 1-7 (3.50 Refund)

 

Full Refund on all cartridge not required returning (Groups 10b, 10c & Steps 1-7)
