If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days, unused, in its original packaging & condition, together with the receipt. We will offer either alternative goods in exchange or a full refund excluding any postage and packaging costs incurred. All we ask from you is to complete a Reason for Return Form. The reason for return will not affect our returns and refund policy it is purely to help us improve our goods in future if applicable.
