RETURNS. Any item may be returned within 14 days for any reason. After this period of time no refunds will be given.

INSURANCE. Our post/pack charge of £4.00 covers all items fully insured to any destination in the world.

FEEDBACK. Anyone with a feedback score of 10 or less are asked not to bid. Bidders who keep their feedback private cannot bid in our auction.

PAYPAL. Payment via PayPal will not be accepted unless the users address is confirmed. We do not send orders to unconfirmed addresses. If payment is received by us and your address is unconfirmed then we will return the funds to you. Please note:- PayPal make a 4% charge for this transaction which they deduct from the amount returned so do please check that your address is confirmed before you bid.

CREDIT CARDS. For immediate dispatch please pay with a credit card. We always check that the address given is the same as the address as it appears on your statement. We cannot send to other addresses.

CHEQUE. Cheques gladly accepted. Items dispatched once funds have cleared into our account.
