Checkout: Please use the eBay Pay Now button to complete the checkout process. If you have won, or are planning to win more than one auction, please complete checkout after you are finished bidding on all items. Your winnings will be combined during the checkout process, and you will receive detailed payment instructions. Failure to complete the checkout process may result in a delay in shipping.

Shipping: In most instances, we ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. You will be notified via automated email when your package has shipped. All items are discreetly and professionally packaged to protect your privacy. No company names or logos will be displayed on the outside of your package. Only the person who opens the package will know it's contents.

Combined Shipping: Our combined shipping & handling rates can only be applied to auctions that are won within a 5-day period, and then paid for in a single Paypal transaction.

Checkout: If you have won multiple auctions (or are planning to), please do not complete checkout until you have finished bidding on all items. After clicking on the 'Pay Now" button, Checkout will direct you to PayPal.

Payment Deadline: Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close or an unpaid item dispute will be automatically opened through eBay.

Insurance: Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. It is not included with shipping and handling. Our responsibility ends when we drop your package off at the Post Office. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or misdelivered packages that have not been insured. Insurance is for your own protection! Not ours.

Returns/Exchanges: Due to health regulations, we will not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of manufacturers defects or wrong item received. This 'no return' policy especially applies to wrong size/poor fit purchases. NOTE: Buying something in the wrong size (intentionaly or not) does not fall under 'wrong item received' and can not be returned. If you receive the wrong, or defective merchandise, we will issue a refund or replacement (our choice) once the product is returned to us. Returns must be authorized by us via email. All returns should be mailed back within 3 days from the date that we authorized your return. IMPORTANT (READ!): No returns or exchanges will be permitted past 5 days of the delivery date of your purchase. Inspect your order immediately upon it's arrival for any possible issues.

IMPORTANT BUYER PAYMENT INFORMATION (READ!):

When paying for multiple items through PayPal, please do it in one combined transaction! We can not combine shipping costs for you if you initiate a payment for each item separately. We incur too many PayPal fees this way. If you pay for your items separately, we expect to receive the full shipping & handling charge with each payment. If we receive less than this, all of your payments will be refunded and you will have to resend the payment. Do note that if you send us multiple payments instead of just one combined payment, we will still ship your order in one combined package.
