Payment

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal.  However UK customers can also pay by personal cheque, postal order or bank deposit.

All winning bidders are expected to provide payment within 5 working days of purchase.  Please contact us if there are any problems, we understand that occasionally this timescale might not be possible.  

 

Postage

Unless stated otherwise we use Royal Mail 1^st class standard to dispatch our items, which is normally a next day delivery.  We aim to post the next working day after receiving cleared payment (cheques may take up to 7 working days to clear).  Proof of posting is obtained and in the unlikely event that the package gets mislaid in the post, we will do all we can to assist you if you instigate a claim against the Royal Mail.  Please note that our standard P&P charges cover all aspects of getting the product to you and includes quality packaging, our labour time and the cost of postage itself.

 

We will always combine orders to reduce the cost of P&P for you.  In most cases this discount amounts to 50% off the P&P cost of each additional item purchased.  Where you do purchase more than one item, we will promptly send you an invoice for everything, adjusted for the discounted postage.
