We welcome Paypal as our preferred means of payment. Payment should be made within 7 days of purchase. If no payment, or correspondence has been received withing 7 days we will open an 'unpaid item' dispute with eBay which could eventually lead to a non-paying bidder strike and negative feedback.

Postal Order
We accept postal orders but please ensure they are not crossed and can be cashed at the Post Office. We strongly advise that you to retain proof of purchase and proof of postage, preferably by sending via recorded delivery. Occasionally mail is lost enroute - If this occurs and you have no proof of postage we will not be held liable. By keeping proof of postage and purchase you can claim compensation from Royal Mail.

Personal Cheques
Payments by Cheque must be made in British Pounds Sterling; I Will not accept payment in US Dollars or any other currency. Any payment made by cheque will result in a slight delay shipping goods as as I only bank once a week; friday and Cheques must clear (4 working days) before I will post item. Please take this into account when choosing this payment option if you require your purchae urgently.

Paypal E-Cheque
The e-cheque payment facility offered by Paypal is accepted but please note that the clearing time for such a transaction, sometimes up to 10 working days. I will not be able to ship your purchase until payment has cleared. Also, if you make any error during payment I wil not be able to refund you until the payment has cleared

If you are unsure as to whether this DVD will play in your machine please consult this guide and the map below. Once purchased, I am under NO OBLIGATION to refund you for a mistaken purchase. Refusal to pay for the DVD will result in me opening a 'unpaid item' dispute with eBay which will lead to the issuing of a NON-PAYING BIDDER STRIKE and NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

Once a user receives three non-payment strikes eBay will suspend the account so please ensure you can use this DVD.


Second Class UK Delivery or International Airmail
 Most titles are in-hand and I am able to disspatch within 48 hours. However, sometimes I will have to order direct from my wholesaler who will ship within 5 days.

Item not arrived?
From time to time mail goes missing; The Royal Mail advises that you can typically expect a Second Class delivery to arrive within 2-4 days of posting and Airmail with 14 working days; the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. The Royal Mail will not consider a Second Class parcel lost until 14 working days have passed, an Airmail parcel until 28 working days.

If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until the 14 (UK mail) or 28 (international mail) working days have passed. After this time we can report the item lost to the Royal Mail who will investigate the matter with the police.

Once reported we can send you a replacement or issue you a refund (minus shipping costs)

Tracked Airmail/UK Mail
Please note that Royal Mail do not provide tracking with standard Airmail/surfacemail packets. If you require a tracked parcel please add and extra £4.20 to the international shipping cost or £0.70 for recorded UK mail.

Refund & Returns Policy
If you receive a faulty or damaged item you must inform us by email within 7 days of receipt and we will refund you in full.

You must arrange your own carrier and you will be liable for the return postage costs. When you return your item, please ensure it is well wrapped and insured (by certificate of postage, valid to £34, or otherwise) for transit, as we cannot accept receipt of an item damaged beyond the information provided in your email. If the item incurs further damage in transit to that described in your email we will inform you immediately so you can claim from your carrier.
