We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Normally we ship the following working day after payment is cleared.

Please note all Electrical Items we sell are 220/240 V which will work in any European Country and Australia.

They will NOT work in countries with the 110V system such as USA and Canada

All Appliances are supplied with a three Pin British Mains Plug.

Countries other than Britain will have to remove the plug and replace them with a local type mains plug or use and adapter.

We have adapters in stock so if you require one at the time of purchase please drop us a line

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

RETURNS POLICY:
You must inform Mekasa that you are returning the goods and we will issue a returns number of which must be attached to the package with your name and address, any goods returned without a returns number will not be accepted by goods inwards or refunded. Goods must be returned in the original packaging with all contents enclosed. All goods should be returned via registered post or by reputable carrier. This will give you the security of being able to claim in case of loss or damage. On receipt of the goods received under the conditions listed above an immediate refund on all faulty items will be issued.

If the goods have been returned and not deemed as faulty a 20% surcharge of the total invoice amount including VAT covering original delivery costs will be removed from the total invoice, to cover handling , and further administration costs,
