We try to have as little impact on our environment as possible by using recycled boxes. The bubble wrap we use is brand new and our items are extremely well packed (our packing has been described as 'bombproof') , a fact that is reflected in our feedback. A charge of around 50p is factored into the postage costs to allow for time and materials but sometimes we do get the postage wrong. If this happens I will happily refund you the difference but please let me know. I can only accept Paypal from Overseas Buyers as my bank charges me huge amounts of money for any form of cheque not drawn on a UK bank.  Paypal is very welcome from UK buyers as well although personal cheques, or Postal Orders are acceptable. Please make payment within 7 days so that I can post an item to you quickly. I am always happy to combine postage for multiple purchases and offer you a discount.

Items are sent via Royal Mail standard parcels or Parcelforce. Please let me know if you need additional insurance, although in most cases this will only cover the item for loss if it's an antique or contains any glass. I always keep postal receipts but cannot be held responsible for anything that has been lost or delayed by the Post Office. Postage is always at your own risk and we will always help you with your claim. If you do want additional insurance please email me before checking out so I can adjust the invoice.
