Payment

We accept payment by: 

Credit or Debit Card via Paypal - This is our preferred method and definately the fastest way to receive your item. 

We also accept payment by debit or credit card over the telephone - 0871 700 0013 calls cost 10p per minute (except mobiles).

'Paypal personal cheque' we will not dispatch your item until payment clears - usually ten days for Paypal cheques to clear.
 
Postal Orders - goods dispatched on receipt of postal order.

Personal cheque - cheque must clear before item is dispatched.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.  We charge a post and packaging fee to cover our costs of packaging materials and time it takes to package the item.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.  All items are posted first class via Royal Mail and we always obtain proof of postage.

To help prevent any delays in receiving your item it's very important that when purchasing personalised products you specify your requirements in the paypal comments box when making your payment.

We always post your item to the address in Paypal unless you tell us otherwise.

SPECIAL DELIVERY - need it quick!  We will post items next day special delivery if you are happy to pay the additional cost of this service, please telephone to discuss your requirements.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.  

If you are not entirely satisfied please return the item(s) within fourteen days.  Please notify us before returning anything and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
