Payment is required within 7 days of the close of the auction. If you have extenuating circumstances on sending payment, you must call us immediately to notify us of the expected date of receipt of payment. If no contact to our store is made (by phone) and payment is not received within the 7 days from the end of the auction, purchasing agreement is null and voided. Item will be relisted and any late payments will be returned or refunded.

We accept returns under the following condition. Sell It Now must be notified within 3 days of receiving your item that a return is in order. We will accept a return if an item is clearly described inaccuratley in the listings. Sell It Now pays the highest attention in ensuring that listings are accurate and reflect the quality and condition of the item. Descriptions and pictures are taken immediately before the item is listed and are accurate at that time.

Since we are a consignment store and we need to pay our consignors out in a timely manner, all sales are final after 3 day of receiving your shipment. A full refund with shipping will be given to inaccurate described items. For all other returns, only the sale price of the item will be refunded. Sell It Now prides itself on the quality of items sold. We pack and ship our items professionally to ensure each item you buy from us arrives safely and in the listed condition. Our items are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL Ground. All items shipped using UPS or DHL come with a $100 included insurance. Please check the shipping calculator at the bottom of this auction page to obtain an accurate shipping cost associated with this item based on your zip code. If  the listing does not include a shipping calculator, it will clearly state the flat rate amount or indicate it is for Local Pickup. All shipping prices include a standard handling fee that includes the cost of all packaging materials. Items are typically shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped.

If you pay by PayPal, and your shipping address is different than your confirmed address in PayPal, you must call us directly to let us know of the requested change. Otherwise your item will be sent to your confirmed PayPal address.

Local pickups are subject to sales tax and a $5.00 handling fee per item.

Do you offer a "Return Policy"?

Do you end auctions early?
No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration. Unless item is being sold as a Buy It Now.

What will my shipping and handling fees be?
Shipping and handling costs for your item is determined by weight, size and distance for each item. Special packing materials and boxes are also taken into consideration for the costs as well. To find out your shipping cost of your item please use the shipping calculator at the bottom of this page. We may also use a Flat rate shipping cost.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, typically it is the highest shipping then 50% off the following auctions.

Can you ship outside of the United States?
We ship to Worldwide for most items.

Do you take personal checks?
Yes, from U.S. banks only, but item will not be shipped until payment clears.

Can you send me additional photos of the item?
No, due to the high volume of items we sell each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.

What does "Powered on but not tested" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.

Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, We offer local pick up on all of our items. Local pickups are subject to sales tax and a $5.00 handling fee per item.
