Delivery and Tracking
You’ll receive an e-mail when the item has been posted or has been collected by the carrier. (Please make sure that your correct e-mail address is registered with eBay.)
Please provide a telephone number for all carrier deliveries outside the U.K. (Some carriers will not deliver without this number and this will slow down the dispatch of your parcel.)
If the delivery address is different from the one on the invoice please let me know immediately
Please allow 7 working days for U.K. deliveries and 14 days for deliveries within Europe (Some buyers have unrealistic expectations about how much time it can take for payment, shipping and delivery, especially by independent carriers. Your patience is appreciated, especially during busy holiday periods.)
I always obtain a Certificate of Posting so that I can assist with any claim should there be a situation of non-delivery or damage in transit
Please double check that the item is not still sitting in your local sorting office before instigating an undelivered claim
Please contact me first if a parcel has not arrived rather than make a hasty complaint through Paypal. (This is often how the inexperienced and those new to eBay respond.)
