Description
In SERIAL COPS, FBI agent Jason Enola (Chris Penn), a once-promising star of the bureau, is now burned out and disillusioned. The stars of Reservoir Dogs and Mulholland Falls, Chris Penn and Michael Madsen, are teamed together again as two tormented cops on the trail of a brutal serial killer in a chilling and violent portrayal of a murderer's obsession for death and deceit.

Special Agent Jason Enola (Penn), once one of the Force's brightest stars, is now a lost soul in a sea of deception. For over a decade he has tracked the serial killer nicknamed 'Alone'. But now after a quiet period, the killer has resurfaced.

Now the murderer has become as fixated on agent Enola as he is on the killer, each man stalking the other.
