The course gives guidance and practical exercises and worksheets to complete, as well as techniques and activities to use on a daily basis to help facilitate change.

This course has been written with great care and thought, using years of experience as counsellors to produce thought provoking, interesting and useful material. 

All activities are easy to use and understand.

The courses can be delivered in two ways

* A hard printed copy - the course is ready for you to begin with all worksheets and papers printed out.

* On a cd where the user can print off worksheets as and when needed from home.

This auction is for a hard copy of the course and the price reflects the added cost of printing and paper.
