3. If anything is mislaid in the post a FULL REFUND is given. If for any reason you have not received your goods, please do not leave negative feedback, but contact us to investigate and resolve any queries and concerns.

4. Refunds are available up until 7 days after the item has been received We give refunds once we have received the item back minus the postage.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE TERM & CONDITIONS :

1. Please contact us to see how much shipping will be to your country. We can dispatch by either surface mail or air mail (your choice). Shipping will be calculated at the end of the auction.

2. It is also your choice what level of insurance you require. Please note that we are not responsible for items not received, which were shipped and not signed for or insured.
