Postage, Packaging & Dispatch

•    Our P&P costs cover Royal Mails 2nd class postage charge + a small fee to cover packaging (materials and time)
•    Larger orders will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
•    If you require a quote for First Class postage, please contact us
•    We are happy to combine P&P on multiple purchases of different items, please request a payment total/invoice prior to paying
•    Occasionally it is impractical for us to send items together, due to the risk of them damaging each other
•    We aim to dispatch your items between 24 & 48 hours after cleared payment.  Items purchased on Friday & Saturday will not be posted until Monday (Tuesday on Bank Holiday's)

•    If the product you receive is in any way damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a return and refund inclusive of packaging charges
