Goods for returns must be notified to us within 7 calendar days of receipt of delivery of said goods. You can notify us by email,ebay message or letter. You must ensure that we have received your notice to return goods. After sending your notification of return you can call our sales desk at VAN STOCK UK 0117 9563377 for your confirmation of return.
All undamaged goods for return must be in an unused condition,unopened and in the original packaging. As long as your goods for return meet this requirement we will refund your original invoice amount including original postage in full.
All costs of return postage must be met by the customer in full. You should ensure that the goods you are returning have adequate postal insurance. Should the goods returned to us be damaged on arrival then the delivery to us will be refused. You will be notified of this and it would then be for you the customer, to claim against the carrier and the insurance you have with them.

***DAMAGED GOODS***
It is the customers responsibility to check items upon delivery. Any damages to packaging must be notified to the delivery driver and the damages listed on the delivery note, You should inspect the damage with the driver. We are unable to refund payment or claim against our postal insurance for damaged goods if notification is not made at the time of delivery and listed on the delivery note.
