I prefer payment by Credit Card or Paypal, but are happy with your preference. We do not accept inter bank transfers, please check with us if you are going to make payment in foreign funds.
Fees All our shipping charges are clearly defined, All our items are insured against Loss or Damage. Please see all the costs at bottom of listing. Please contact us before leaving Neutral or Negative Feedback, as once the parcel leave us, we have no control over it. However, we can claim if something goes wrong. Our Postal charge includes: Postage, Packing (new box), Packaging, Insurance etc.
Shipping We ship to 54 Countries on a regular basis. We use Royal Mail, Citylink and UPS. All our postal charges are always completed on each listing for the four main Ebay Zones, there is often an additional charge by our carriers, for BT postcodes, Isles of Scotland, and Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man etc. Regretably, we pass this charge onto our customers.
Delivery We dispatch items on the same day as payment is received, except on Sunday's and Public Holiday's. PLEASE contact us if your item hasn't arrived in a couple of days to the UK, and after a week if abroad.
Refunds & Returns All our items are insured therefore we offer a FULL refund service. We refund/replace damaged items (please send picture of damaged items) If item is lost we will know from our Carriers, again we will offer a FULL refund.
