PayPal is our PREFERRED method of payment. We also accept Bankers Drafts or Postal Orders from UK customers. We do not accept cheques or bank transfers.
PayPal is the only accepted method of payment for overseas customers.

We ship only to the registered PayPal address of the buyer as detailed by PayPal in their payment advice to us. Please ensure your PayPal details are up to date. We sell on a mail order basis only, collection is not possible.
We use an automated mailing system using the PayPal registered address, requests to post to another address will not be actioned.
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail standard delivery. 1st Class Recorded Delivery is available as an option for a small additional fee. Heavier items are sent via carrier service.
Our contract with Royal Mail gives us proof of postage, this is proof of postage only,
Overseas items are sent using Royal Mail standard air mail service. This is NOT an insured service & no tracking is available.
Once posted, we will not accept any responsibility for non-delivery or damage whilst in transit. However we are prepared to undertake any claim for loss on behalf of the customer, should it be necessary, and will refund if and when we receive credit from Royal Mail.
Returns/Refunds:
We are willing to accept items for refunds if, in the unlikely event, you consider that they do not conform to the listings description. Please contact us before returning any item to us.
We will accept items for refund if you change your mind, or if they are not as you expected. However, there will be a small handling charge of 15% to cover relisting fess etc. deducted from the refund.
We are happy to exchange items for the same item in a different size if available. All postage costs are payable to the customer.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs. Postage is not refundable unless there has been a error on our part.
Items returned that were supplied with free postage will have the actual cost of postage & packing materials deducted from the refund.
Made to order items, once ordered, are final sales and returns or refunds are not possible.
Auction items, tights, stockings, lingerie or other items of an intimate nature are final sales and can not be exchanged once the seals have been broken.
Items not returned in the condition that we sent them will not be accepted for refund & will be returned to the customer.

Availability:
All listed items are available from stock, with the exception of items listed as "made to order". We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hours of confirmed payment, Monday to Friday excluding bank & national holidays. Please allow a little extra time at busy periods. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Items that are made to order will be dispatched as soon as they are available, normally within 14 days. See our returns policy above for conditions.
