All Items are rigorously checked before dispatch by us. We accept returns if items are found NOT TO BE AS DESCRIBED in the listing and EXCLUDING ANY DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSIT. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.Damaged goods must be signed for as Damaged at the time of delivery,so always check thoroughly before signing. If you have signed for an item which has been damaged in transit, then we are unable to accept any return. The returned product must be received in good condition, i.e., resaleable condition. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure Goods are received by the seller in resaleable condition!  All packaging and wrapping costs shall be borne by the customer. All items should be sent by recorded post or special delivery (it is the customer's responsibility to prove safe delivery of the returned item). An administration / Repacking charge of £20 or 20% (whatever is the greater) of the total purchase price will be levied to cover costs incurred when refunding orders/payments and reselling the item.
