We will replace, exchange or credit any item found by us to have a manufacturing defect, any item which has been inaccurately described on our auction page (inaccuracies being limited to available languages/subtitles, region coding and format, contents of programme including 'extras' material and 'running time'), or any incorrect item dispatched due to a packing error. Please contact us if you have a query or problem with your purchase. If it appears that any software faults are NOT hardware-generated, or if it is obvious that there has been a discrepancy made by us with the description of the item or a discrepancy made during the dispatch process, then we will give a return authorization. Please note that we can only accept the return of an item due to one of the reasons as stated above. We will also cover your return postage costs (equivalent to one-way standard post only) if on inspection we deem the item to be either defective due to production error, inaccurately described on our auction page, or a totally incorrect item dispatched. |
