SATIN FINISHED PEWTER 1 PINT TANKARD

Item Description

This item would make an ideal gift for any occasion. The tankard has a 1 pint volume and is really well made from satin finished ring spun pewter. I can engrave the tankard with a personalised message for free. Due to the size of the tankard the engraving is restricted to 3 lines of 30 characters. The dimensions are H126mm. Please read the engraving instructions below.

What is Pewter
Pewter is an alloy of antimony, tin and copper, we only use the highest grade Pewter available. Our Pewter is totally lead free!

Special Features of Our Pewter
Our Pewter range includes tankards, hip flasks, christening and wedding gifts. The higly polished finish does not tarish or discolour easily. Our Pewter is a solid material, not plated, which is important when engraving is required. It is extremely competitively priced against products of similar appearance. Made in Britain, using skilled craftsmen who employ traditional methods handed down through the centuries. Please note: These items are NOT mass manufactured, they are produced individually - NO two pieces are the same, with each item having its own character; there may be small witness marks attributed through the manufacturing process.

Care of Pewter
Our Pewter does not tarnish and will keep its lustre with a minimum of care. It should be washed in hot soapy water and dried with a soft cloth. Never put pewter items in a dishwasher.

If through neglect it has become dull, clean with a metal polish prior to washing. Always polish in straight lines, not in circles, for best results. Finally, remember, in buying a piece of pewterware today our customers are buying just one small part in a tradition which dates back centuries.

Free Engraving

After paying for the item please tell us exactly what you want engraving. When paying through PayPal, this can be done using the comments box in PayPal or by emailing us direct. If paying by post include a letter in with the payment stating your user id, the item number, postal address and the engraving you want. When telling us what you want please spell check it first and ensure that it is exactly what you want in the font you want it.

If no font is requested, the block font will be used as a default. The number of characters we can engrave depends on the size of the item. Please check the item description to see what the recommended number of characters is, if you want a few more engraved this should be OK, however the text will obviously be smaller.

Postage

If an item is purchased before 9 am, we aim to post the item that day. All items are sent recorded delivery, which is included in the price. Please ensure you check the delivery address is correct when paying for the item. Postage will be combined in all cases if more than one item is bought, even if the item is off a different listing.

Payment for UK purchases can be made through PayPal (preferred) or by Cheque (payable to DS Impressions), or Postal Order. I can also accept credit card payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this facility. Overseas buyers please note PayPal is the only acceptable payment method.
