Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date the item was recieved. Please email us before returning your product. Your return will be classified as one of the following:




1. Return under The Distance Selling Regulation - Item must be returned unopened in the original packaging including all manuals, cables, PSU and CDs. Full refund will be given (item price + P&P charges). Please note that we do not refund the cost of posting item back to us.




2. Return as a Faulty Unit - Item must be returned in original packaging including all manuals, cables, PSUs and CDs. We will test the item on arrival. If the item found to be faulty, replacement will be sent or full refund will be given (item price + P&P charges). If the item found to be in a full working condition, only item price will be refunded. Please note that we do not refund the cost of posting item back to us.




It is customer's responsibility to check compatibility of the product. The product can be returned to us on grounds of incompatibility and will treated as:

Return under The Distance Selling Regulations in accordance with Clause 1; or

Return as a faulty item (if the item was unpacked) in accordance with Clause 2.
