The Xacti HD2000 is truly the benchmark in high definition, offering 1920 x
1080 pixels, and 60 frames per second to record crystal clear and smooth
motion for videos. These highly advanced dual cameras not only offer the
regular 1080i (interlaced) format, recording at 60 frames per second, but
with the SANYO proprietary CMOS engine, recording is possible in 1080p
(progressive) format—this means the worlds first dual camera recording at a
full 60 frames per second. With this higher frame rate capturing ability,
videos look more professional, and offer smoother, higher quality images.

will be responsible for all repair and inspection costs if the product
is determined to be faulty (manufacturing fault). We will also be
responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you.

we’re unable to repair the faulty product, then we will either provide
you with a brand new replacement or a refund of the original product
price.
The repair process may take up to 30 business days.
Our warranty services cover only manufacturing defects. We have the
right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be
issued under any circumstances or situation. We have the right to decide
whether we repair, replace or refund.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us.
You will be responsible for the package’s safe return to us.
Network dependent features or firmware related issues will not be
covered. Except for memory card, our limited warranty will not cover

Returns Policy |

If the item you have received is defective in any way,
contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the item with the
same item type.

Items should be returned with original packages and accessories.

Defective products must be informed within 3 days of receipt and returned
within 14 days. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. For all return
products customers MUST contact us for the returning address & return item in received condition, without any
physical changes (e.g. scratches, shortening of bracelet), complete package
as received.

Return postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for return items.
Customers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for
exchange or refund.

If returned goods isn't quality problem but caused by buyer
