THESE ARE SETS RETURNED FROM OUR RENTAL CUSTOMERS, ALL GET FULLY REFURBISHED BY OUR ENGINEERS AND LEAVE IN TOP CONDITION.

DELIVERY IS MADE ON A SMALL PALLET IF OUTSIDE OUR AREA, WE COVER MOST OF THE SOUTH EAST OF ENGLAND AND WOULD DELIVER OUR SELF WITH OUR DELIVERY DRIVERS, IF NOT THEY WOULD COME VIA A DELIVERY COMPANY, SCOTLAND, HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS ARE NOT COVERED I'M AFRAID.

We will accept items back with in and up to 7 days of purchase. All items returned at the cost of the buyer. It is the buyers reponsibility to make sure that returned items are packaged correctly. Electrical Sales will not be refund or replace items if they arrive to us damaged.

We are able to accept payments by PayPal, Cheque, Postal order or by credit card. If you are paying by credit card then we are only able to deliver to the address where the credit card is registered to.
Delivery is by an outside courier company, they deliver from Monday-Friday.

Returns: We will refund your money in full including your postage if our description of the goods is wrong and if the item is returned within7 days from receiving them in an undamaged condition. ( your statutory rights are not affected by any of our statements )
