ShippingFor the UK: Most of our items are sent via 1st Class or 1st Class Recorded post. Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day Mon to Fri) and Parcelforce 48/24 are also available on request. Please contact us and we will provide a quote. For International Transactions: We send the majority of our parcels by Airmail International Signed For Service. Depending on your location parcels can take 5-21 days to arrive, although the vast majority arrive within 2-10 days. We would ask for patience as it may well be that outside the EU customs may hold up your parcel. Returns PolicyIn addition to a minimum 12 Months guarantee on every item, Omega Trading accepts returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt as we accept that sometimes its not the right size, or youÂ’ve changed your mind. We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally we know you may want to return items. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, UK Customers have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. In contrast Omega Trading offer a 30 day period for added reassurance. Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unused (with any packaging and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding postage and handling charges). In the rare event that your item is faulty please advise us as we may first be able to rectify the fault over the phone or by email. If we cannot we will despatch another and enclose a return envelope-please ensure you keep ALL the original packaging and accessories. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of product depending on the method you used to pay for the item. We cannot be responsible for items which are not received back by us and would recommend that you use a recorded service to return valuable items. Where an item is lost during delivery we will despatch a replacement product once we are satisfied that the item is lost. Most items are sent via a tracked service and we are often able to locate any mislaid parcels. Check first if you have been carded by the Post Office(Red and White Card) as it may have been returned by the Postman to the local Post Office or Sorting Office, or left with a neighbour. This is a rare occurrence, and more often our frustration is in the delays we sometimes experience from the postal services, which we must emphasise are outside of our control. For Performance Products such as TV Aerials, and Radios: These items relay on the signal strength in your specific location. Freeview in particular requires a strong signal for all stations to be received. So unless you live in a strong signal area you may not receive all channels. The same applies for Radios so take the time to ensure that you have selected the right position for the aerial before contacting us. Although we check all our clocks before despatch very very occasionally the battery is dead when it arrives with you. We will send a replacement item or battery on request. What is not covered by our returns policy is the following: 1. Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions e.g. batteries. For our clocks we will send replacement batteries if they wear out in the first year. 2. Accidental damage, faults caused by improper use, overloading, careless operation or handling of the product and use of the product for anything other than normal domestic purposes. 3. Modification of the product in any way. 4. Faulty installation if applicable. 5. Repairs or alterations carried out by third parties 6. Slight deviations from the specification that do not affect the functionality of the product.
