Delivery:

We can only accept orders from UK registered eBay users

Amending your address after you have selected to buy the item or sending a message through PayPal requesting we amend the delivery address will have NO effect on the address we deliver to.

If you do not receive your item you should inform us within 10 working days of the order being placed. We are unable to investigate after this time.

If your item is not paid for immediately there may be a delay of up to 3 working days for your order to be despatched.

We supply a maximum of 2 handsets to a customer.

 We do not supply handsets to the trade.

All handsets are covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty. This covers all manufacturing faults.

PLEASE NOTE: If you unlock this handset the manufacturer warranty becomes void, and the handset may not work as described.

 

Returns:

You have 7 days in which to contact us from the date you receive the item if you no longer want the item.

We will not accept returns on used items.

We do not refund postage on items you choose to return.

 We can accept faulty exchanges up to 28 days after receipt. After this time you should contact the manufacturer.
