There are two ways this phone may be used:

1) If you are a Sprint Customer - Sprint has told us this ESN probably will NOT be clear for
activation.  Call them to check for yourself BEFORE BIDDING.  We suggest you have the
agent you speak with note your account with the ESN so Sprint won't change their
story once you actually receive the phone and attempt activation.
If the ESN has a balance, or is reported lost, then this phone will ONLY be good for parts or export. 

2) If you are a Metro PCS Customer - This Sprint phone has been verified to be one of the
CDMA phones that Metro PCS is able to flash for their networks.  You must call your
local Metro PCS store to make sure you can use the above ESN on your account BEFORE BIDDING.
You also need to make sure your Metro PCS store has the capability to flash the software.
They may charge a fee for this service.
It is difficult to find a location that flashed Sanyo phones so be SURE you find one BEFORE BIDDING.
Some features such as web or picture messaging may not function on flashed phones.

20% restocking fee on all returns. Returns must be authorized within 5 days of receipt
and phone must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

Auction is for phone, battery, battery cover & home charger.
Guaranteed to function properly or you may return it within 7 days of receipt for
free repair/replacement (at our discretion).

Shipping is $5 via US Priority Mail for the first auction, $4 for each additional.
$30 via EMS international for the first auction and $10 for each additional.
We accept PayPal.

This item may be picked up at our store (M,W,F 12-6) for a $3 fee.
