Exchange/Replacement

Any items that are faulty/replacement please email us within 14 days of receipt of item.  If you do need to return item to us please email us for return details & don’t forget to include your eBay & date of purchase with item in its original condition as this speed up replacement process.  Any items returned to us found not to be faulty buyer will need to pay for the shipping & handling fees for returning the goods.

We reserve right to cancel any order & refund buyer if any item becomes out of stock we will notify you of this and if there is any alternative products/options.

The Buyer is responsible for all return charges & we are responsible charges incurred in returning the goods

Refund

Refunds are allowed as long as you inform us & return item within 14 days of receipt,  items needs to be returned in there original condition.  Refunds will be minus P+P charges & there may also be a small admin/restock fee for returned items.  (One time use items like unlocking clips, unlock cables & other unlocking flashing equipment etc we sell are excluded from refunds policy) as these can be used to unlock your phone & returned so for this reason these are excluded from refund policy & these will be only exchanged as stated above in exchange policy.

Buying any item from our fixed price auctions we will assume you agree to above full returns policy
