Delivery:
We can only accept orders from UK registered eBay users
We can only deliver to PayPal & eBay confirmed billing addresses. We are not able to amend a delivery address after an order has been placed.
The address we deliver to will be the address that is registered on your account when you click the 'Buy It Now' icon. Amending your address after you have selected to buy the item or sending a message through PayPal requesting we amend the delivery address will have NO effect on the address we deliver to.
If you do not receive your item you should inform us within 10 working days of the order being placed. We are unable to investigate after this time.
If your item is not paid for immediately there may be a delay of up to 3 working days for your order to be despatched.
Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following working day.
Please be aware that, at times, the couriers may experience delays in delivering your order. As such we would request that you allow 3 working days for this to arrive before contacting us.

We supply a maximum of 2 handsets to a customer.
We do not supply handsets to the trade.
All handsets are covered by a 12 month manufacturer warranty. This covers all manufacturing faults.
PLEASE NOTE: If you unlock this handset the manufacturer warranty becomes void, and the handset may not work as described.
Returns:
You have 7 days in which to contact us from the date you receive the item if you no longer want the item.
We will not accept returns on used items.
We do not refund postage on items you choose to return.
We can accept faulty exchanges up to 28 days after receipt. After this time you should contact the manufacturer. |
