Phones are posted daily, I post all phones on a daily basis, depending on the value of your phones I will either post it Special delivery or 1st class Recorded delivery, uk addresses should normally receive their phone within a couple of days, International buyers should allow 7-10 days, if  it is longer than this then please email me so I can provide you with a tracking number. We export phones daily to many EU countries, please allow 7-10 days for delivery, we use royal mail international signed for delivery service which is a trackable service, we have never had any problems with delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

We operate under the Distance Selling Regulations; this means that if you are not happy with your phone then please send it back in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund
