  • Insert unlock clip in phone
  • Press ON button on phone for 1 second
  • Phone will turn ON & display blue screen with TAT MODE on it
  • Wait for phone to restart and it will then power on as normal
  • Sim card should be accepted in phone now
  • Remove unlock clip phone (DONT power off phone or remove phone battery)
  • You can now use phone with this sim card
  • If you ever need to use a diferent sim card in the future just repeat above procedure with desired sim card in phone

Exchange/Replacement

Any items that are faulty/replacement please email us within 14 days of receipt of item.  If you do need to return item to us please email us for return details & don’t forget to include your eBay & date of purchase with item in its original condition as this speed up replacement process.  Any items returned to us found not to be faulty buyer will need to pay for the shipping & handling fees for returning the goods.
