This neat and simple device simply slots into your PC with the retractable USB connector - so no messy cables - you drag and drop your favuorite tunes onto the player and unplug, connect the supplied stereo headphones and away you go in seconds! You can, if you prefer, use Windows media player or the supplied Samsung software suite to create playlists of your owm, listen to the built-in FM radio, take voice notes with the built-in one-touch voice recorder (record up to 33 hours) and adjust the sound of your music with the 9 band graphic equaliser, which is user customisable or you can use any of the 12 presets.

The blue battery-saving organic LED display shows all the information you need, the simple touch-sensitive control panel (with LOCK button) allows you to skip, replay and shuffle your music or select one of the FM radio presets - the radio also features an RDS station display. There's also a blue LED light on the top which flashes when each selection is made, though this can be turned off.

The 2GB built-in memory capacity is enough to hold about 400 songs and formats supported include mp3, WMA and Ogg Vorbis. 

Measuring just 80 x 25 x 11mm this little device is perfect for jogging, the gym, or just about anywhere you want to listen to your music in private. The supplied cable tidy does just that, and there's also a pocket clip plus samsung's software suite on mini-CD. Battery life, again recharged via the USB connector, is rated at 15 hours.
