Faulty or damaged Goods
Faulty or damaged goods should be notified immediatly on receipt or within 7 days of original purchase, you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund. We will also reimburse the cost of returning the goods
Non-Faulty Goods
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000) introduces a cooling off period, i.e. a right for you to cancel your order. You may return any goods within 7 days of purchase, as long as the goods (and the packaging) are in re-saleable condition. When the goods are received we will give you a full refund (minus the cost of delivery).
The buyer will be required to meet the costs of returning the goods, all goods sent back to us for refunds must be sent by recorded delivery.
