An ethernet based router provides a far superior connection than a USB modem (as provided free by many broadband suppliers).  If you're currently using USB for your internet access and your PC includes an ethernet socket then moving to one of these routers is highly likely to deliver a more reliable and faster broadband experience (especially if you have a slower PC)

Definitions of Item Condition

Descriptions are given in good faith using the following guidelines:
NEW Clear evidence indicating that the item has not been used previously . e.g.  items with intact seals would normally fit this category except in cases where seals have been broken to test/photograph them in which case the item would still be classed as new. 
USED Clear evidence indicating that the item has been used previously.
RECONDITIONED Items which we have actively reconditioned.  Such items are normally complete and in original packaging
SURPLUS STOCK  If there is insufficient evidence to class the item into one of the above categories then we class it as surplus stock. e.g  an item removed from it's packaging, with all seals broken, and then replaced would fit this category.

Terms

1. We aim to dispatch all items the same day if payment is received by noon
2. For items under 2 Kg we use Royal Mail; First Class, Special Delivery, Airmail or International signed for (insured) dependant upon the value of the item. For items over 2 Kg (4 Kg for the UK) we use the international carriers UPS/DHL.
3. Items may be collected from and returned to our premises subject to prior arrangement.
4. Bidding from overseas customers is welcome but payment of customs duties & taxes, if applicable, is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
5. All items, unless otherwise stated, include 30 days warranty from Invoice Date. We reserve the right to issue a refund for items which we cannot repair or replace.
6. Returns of unwanted items, purchased as a Buy-It-Now (or Offer) are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Provided such items are returned in the same condition as supplied, including the original packaging and accessories, then the original purchase price will be refunded (excluding any carriage costs).  Also please see # 3
7. Our liability for the item ceases once it has entered the postal system or is collected by a courier. We will however actively pursue claims for lost or damaged items on behalf of our customers.
8. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in cases in which we have been negligent i.e. sending the wrong item or serious mis-description of a product.
