I am relisting this Saab and as it will go to the highest bidder I am selling as spares or repair.
Good home wanted for this collectible SAAB 9000 Carlsson, last owner since 1996, dry stored for the last 6 years. I bought this car as a project but have since lost interest, just needs a bit of TLC, so I am offering it for auction to be sold to the highest bidder, whatever it is at the end of seven days, I could do with it gone now. Mechanically sound with an MOT until June 2010, no road tax but I can tax it at the winning bidders expense if need be. Bodywork is good, interior is good apart from the usual roof lining problem. I would apreciate the winning bidder contacting me within 24 hours of the auction ending to arrange payment and collection. No communication within 3 days of the auction end, I will relist and file a non-payer alert with ebay.
Thankyou for looking!

At the price I am prepared to let it go at I dont want anyone complaining that I didnt declare something I should have, I just want it out of the way. To help some of you make up your mind about bidding this may help. In the last hour I have put a battery on the car, it started straight away, smoked a bit but soon cleared, bear in mind that was the first time it has been started since June when it was MOT tested. I have driven it for about six or seven miles to make sure the turbo, brakes and steering etc., are still OK, everything seems fine. Faults; The n/s door mirror wants connecting to the electric plug, the drivers window needs attention, the switch and motor are OK, I think there is a break in the wiring in the block in the door pillar, the blower motor in the o/s rear door is a bit noisy, it sounds like the exhaust is blowing from the manifold and I seem to remember there was a problem with it cutting out when braking hard to a stop, as if the revs wouldnt hold up but this didnt happen while test driving. There is no service history and I dont want to swop for another old car. I am too old to mess about with them anymore. I hope this answers all questions, it will make someone a good car with a little TLC.
