We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase, to help us do this we ask you follow these terms and conditions. All used items we sell come with a warranty that they will be supplied working. All items we supply have a tamper proof warranty sticker attached, if this sticker is removed, damaged or missing then the warranty will be voided. If you do receive a faulty item do not attempt to repair or modify it unless instructed to by ourselves as this will void your warranty. Please check all items on delivery for damage and do not sign for them without first checking the contents of packages/parcels if the packaging is damaged. If something is signed for as received in good condition but it turns out it was damaged in transit then we will not be able to claim from our courier. If you do have any problems then please always contact us first before leaving feedback, sometimes things do go wrong and we will always try to resolve them as best we can.
