TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     All items that are sent will need a signature; if I can’t track it I won’t send it. If you cannot check when delivered you must sign ‘Unchecked’ otherwise I cannot claim on the couriers insurance.

2. Postage is for the U.K only I will not send abroad.
3. All cpu’s are tested, the buyer needs to check for compatibility with their equipment.
4. Most cards are supplied without drivers; the buyer needs to check for compatibility with their machines and their version of windows.
5. All component serial numbers are kept on record.
6. Components are covered by 7- day Dead on Arrival warranty (Unless stated in auction), motherboard Cmos batteries are not covered. Any returns are at buyer expense, returns will be either refunded or exchanged.
7. Items will only be sent to the address that is stated on EBay’s payment detail screen.
8. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction ending otherwise Ebay will be informed to recover costs, the item will be re-listed and you will loose all rights to item.
9. Emails must be received via Ebay email system, this includes after sales as well.

• Cheques (goods despatched after funds have cleared, made payable to J Reeves)
• Uncrossed Postal Orders
• Paypal (no charges)
• Paypal echeque (goods despatched after funds have cleared, anything up to 10 days from payment!!!)
