Report defective: Please report defective status within 3 days from receipt of the goods, we shall immediately prepare a stock for replacement purposes.

Exchange: Upon receiving the returned and defective goods, we shall send out a new replacement within 2 working days (we would confirm by email, please expect the new ship-out mail takes another 2-3 days to UK buyer and 7-30 days to outside UK buyers ).
