(When you order shoes and clothing in one order, we give you free shipping for clothing, & charge shipping cost for shoes). In order to take advantage of multiple item shipping discount, please wait until all your auctions end before proceeding to checkout.For international shipping, the shipping is based on the weight of the package. Please check with us for the shipping rate. And we are not responsible for customs taxes and duties.

AMI SHOE STORE sells only brand new condition in original box. However, for international customers, in order to help you save shipping cost. We may ship your products without the original shoe boxes for less weight. For domestic customers, we may change the shoe box to our own secure corrugated boxes to ensure safe arrival accordingly.

We gladly accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Sorry, no personal checks. Auction winners must claim and pay for their shoes within 7 days of auction close. If you do not pay or respond within 7 days, we will file an Unpaid Item Strike to eBay and reserve the right to leave negative feedback.

All auction winners must complete ebay secure online checkout to submit payment. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated under one invoice. Please make the payment sufficiently; the unsufficient payment will be refunded with deduction of ebay fees and paypal fees. Our inventory is running very fast, If the item you ordered out of stock, we will just refund the full amount through the same payment method. If you send the payment but find that you need to send to different address, please contact us call us immediately at (626)-379-4170, so that we can inform our shipping department before the order is processed. However, if it has been processed before you call us. We will send the item to your right address when the item is returned to us.

We give our customers 7 business days from receipt of the item(s) to return back to us for an exchange. Customer need to pay the shipping to ship the return back first. eBay item number and customer? contact information must be included with return inside box. Failure to do so may delay or prevent us from properly processing your return.

If the return caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong shoes, we will be fully responsible for the mistakes. Or shipping is not refundable and 15% restocking fee will apply.
