Why a Harness ..

The Advantages of a Harness

 While a collar used to hold proper identification tags

 it  is always recommended even with a harness.

 Most importantly a harness  puts pressure at the chest,

helping to stop a dog's forward movement,

 something a collar can not do.

Small dogs, particularly tiny  breeds weighing under 10 pounds,

can easily slip out of a collar.

 With a harness there are two points, chest and belly,

 where the harness attaches, enveloping the front paws,

making it more difficult for the dog to escape.

  The Harness is easy to fit

Unclip the side release buckle and open out the Harness.
Adjust the girth and chest neck straps to their largest position. 

Place the neck  hole strap over your Dogs head,

 paws either side of the chest strap.

Clip the buckle closed and adjust the girth

and chest neck straps for a comfortable fit.

Attach your lead to "D" ring.

It's as easy as that.

The Control of Dogs Order 1992 mandates that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address (including postcode) of the owner engraved or written on it, or engraved on a tag. Your telephone number is optional (but advisable).  

You can be fined up to £5,000 if your dog does not wear an identification tag.

To determine the correct size please measure around your dogs

ribcage as shown in the photo.

Do not use your dogs weight as the primary factor

for determining size because various dog breeds distribute 

 their weight differently.

 For example, Dachsunds distribute their weight  over their length

 versus girth, while pugs have greater concentration

 of their weight at their girth.

The pictures supplied are only a guideline to type

of  breeds this harness might fit.
