Ryeland Sheep fleece For Spinning Bag 200+ gms of Raw wool

Natural in colour and is as shorn from the sheep!

Suitable as a natural filling for soft toys; lining for boxes; DIY carpet in a dolls house etc.

This is Raw Wool, unwashed and lanolin rich, uncut natural in length suitable for spinning and weaving, knitting and felting.

Sailors and shepherds had clothing knitted with the raw (un washed) wool as this kept the wet out and the natural lanolin left the skin in very good condition.
