Delivery & Handling Charge:

• UK: £3.35 second class. Recorded delivery add 80p
• EUROPE: 4.50 EUROS (€). Insurance & tracking add further 5 EUROS (€).
• USA and elsewhere: US$ 8.50 Insurance & tracking add further US$ 6.50.

Designed to protect us both and make your purchase as informed and pleasant as possible.

1. Winners will be contacted after auction end, unless we receive an instant payment. Contact should be returned within 3 days and payment received within 10 days. Despatch is normally within 48 hours of payment and will be confirmed by e-mail. Please do not ask about delivery, this will only slow us down.
2. A ‘Certificate of Posting’ as proof of posting is always obtained. If you do NOT choose the recorded or insured option then non-delivery or damage is at your own risk. 
• Toots & Co take pride in packing, and send all items in boxes or padded bags with bubble-wrap. A small charge of about £1.50 has been included in the Delivery & Handling cost to partially cover, material, packing and administration. WE MAKE NO PROFIT ON THIS CHARGE and it is charged only once per transaction, however many items you buy.
3. We happily combine delivery and handling costs on multiple purchases when paid for and delivered together. Second and subsequent items are normally charged at the higher of 25p or the extra postage cost for weight. Please let us know before paying.
4. Any questions relating to this item will be answered promptly. Please remember we may not have time to answer just before auction ends. If in doubt, ask early!!
5. Our eBay sales are not a try and buy service. Refunds are offered within 7 days, but only where item is not as described.
6. In line with eBay guidelines, we leave feedback for buyers after they have received their goods and left feedback for us (the conclusion of the transaction). If you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be grateful for the opportunity to resolve the problem before resorting to feedback.
