	We typically ship within 2-3 days from order. We will always pre-arrange delivery with you for a day that suites you best. We will deliver ourselves where possible and sometimes we use a third party to deliver our products. Delivery is specified by you and is Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30 pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm. There is an additional charge of £25 for a Saturday delivery. Please make sure you provide us with a telephone number so we can contact you to arrange delivery. Failure to do so will delay your order. If we deliver ourselves, we can give you a small delivery window. We are able to help you bring the furniture into your home and take away any packaging. If we are unable to deliver your order ourselves we use carrier company. If you order 4 or more chairs or a dining set, this will arrive on a pallet. Generally this is a doorstep service. The delivery driver will unload the items off of their vehicle and place them at you doorstep or driveway or garage etc. They will not bring the items into the home and install them for you. This is generally ok but you may need to enlist some help with the larger tables and cabinets that we offer. Please let us know if you have difficult access or a gravel driveway. At point of delivery please inspect the outer packaging. If you find any areas of damage please sign for the items as damaged. If the damaged packaging has resulted in damage to the items inside please call us so we can take the necessary action to rectify the problem.
