A 12" beer tray from Jacob Ruppert, New York, New York, "Ruppert Knickerbocker Beer", with revolutionary-period sailor on it holding up a mug of beer. It has some scratches and a couple spots of wear on the top rim - overall a great tray to use or hang in your bar or to place in your Ruppert collection until that mint condition tray comes your way!
