All Listings are described as accurately as possible but if this item fails to meet your needs we will be pleased to refund your payment under the following conditions:
1. Any item returned as "damaged in transit" will be automatically refunded if a covering letter can be attached to state the buyer has brought the damage to the notice of the courier (This is for our insurance purposes should we be required to claim against the courier)
2. Any item returned as "Faulty" will automatically be refunded including postage costs.
3 Any item returned as "unsuitable, unwanted, etc will be refunded the sale cost only but the buyer must bear the postage costs. |
